You will lead multidisciplinary teams, contribute to business growth efforts, and help expand our expertise in organizational transformation and workforce innovation.You will support clients in addressing critical challenges such as:Designing organizational models that enable efficiency, scalability, and innovation.Creating workforce strategies that align talent investments with future business needs.Enhancing organizational agility and responsiveness in rapidly changing markets.Defining the skills and capabilities required for long-term success.Assessing the impact of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, on workforce structures and role design.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Strategic Transformation ProgramsDrive large-scale initiatives across areas including:Organizational effectiveness and operating model designWorkforce planning and talent strategySkills-based workforce transformationJob architecture and work redesignLeadership and talent ecosystem developmentBuild Trusted Client PartnershipsDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders at management and executive levels, acting as a strategic advisor throughout transformation journeys.Support Business GrowthIdentify new opportunities, contribute to proposal development, participate in client pursuits, and help strengthen market visibility.Develop High-Performing TeamsProvide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to consultants and managers, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.Collaborate Across DisciplinesWork closely with specialists from strategy, analytics, technology, people consulting, and transformation teams to create integrated solutions that address complex client challenges.Advance Organizational Transformation ExpertiseContribute to the development of new frameworks, thought leadership, methodologies, and innovative approaches that enhance our service offerings.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For6–8+ years of consulting or industry experience related to organizational transformation, workforce strategy, operating model design, or future workforce initiatives.Demonstrated ability to lead projects from strategy development through implementation.Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to sales efforts, proposal creation, and relationship management.Ability to translate business objectives into effective organizational and workforce solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Genuine interest in emerging workplace trends, organizational innovation, and the evolving nature of work.Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and fostering team success.Professional fluency in English, with Dutch and/or French considered an advantage.BenefitsWhat We OfferJoining our team provides the opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programs for leading organizations across industries. Proven experience in risk management and compliance within the insurance industry, with a focus on the Belgian market. In-depth knowledge of Belgian insurance regulations and relevant European directives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risk scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Experience in policy development and implementation. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk and compliance.
