Job Description:
* The Middleware Services team is currently responsible for the following portfolio of platform services
* Messaging Services (RedHat AMQ, IBM MQSeries
* Routing Services (load-balancing, access control, WAF)
* Log Centralisation Services
* Hosting Services (Weblogic, Oracle Service Bus)
* API Gateway Service
* The team's activities include both operational aspects (lifecycle, change, incident management) and development (service improvement, automation).
Roles and Responsbilities:
* Backlog management: create, clarify, maintain and prioritize backlog items and organize releases
* Stakeholder communication: capture needs, gather feedback, liaise between the team and other stakeholder to ensure clear understanding and alignment
* Team support: organize and guide the day-to-day functioning of the team, balancing operational and development efforts and coaching towards autonomy
* Quality assurance, with specific attention to the non-functional aspects of providing large-scale services
* Facilitate vision and strategy definitionIn
