What will you do?
Are you detail-oriented, pro-active, and passionate about supporting Finance Processes with the goal to deliver accurate financials? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth and timely processing of vendor invoices.
Your Responsibilities:
As our Accounts Payable Accountant, you will:
* Be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices using Medius and SAP S4Hana.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
* Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Reconcile Account Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
* Actively follow up on internal communications regarding outstanding invoices, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
* Collaborate with procurement and other internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of financial operations.

Who you are
* You bring solid experience in Accounts Payable processes (+2 years).
* You communicate fluently in both English and Dutch, written and spoken.
* You demonstrate a hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail.
* You approach your work with proactivity and precision.
* You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
