Position Summary
Tanint is urgently seeking Customer Support Engineers to deliver first-line technical support for PV inverters, residential/commercial energy storage systems, and smart energy products. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the renewable energy sector.
Job Description
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to clients using solar PV and energy storage solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through product usage, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge renewable energy technologies and contribute to sustainable energy adoption across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first-line technical support for PV inverters and energy storage systems.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Provide guidance on smart energy product usage and configuration.
* Document and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
* Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance roles.
* Familiarity with PV systems, energy storage, or smart energy products.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry standards.
* Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM systems.
* Additional language skills (Dutch or German).
