As a leading provider of media services and localization, we support major streaming platforms, television networks, and film studios worldwide. For our dubbing team in Zaventem, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who brings structure to a creative production process and serves as the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors.
What will your day look like?
It’s Monday morning. You open your inbox and see a question from a director, a contract that still needs to be signed by an actor, and a translator requesting a PO. Meanwhile, you greet the first visitors at the reception with a smile, from actors to technicians and make sure they know where to go.
* You welcome visitors at the reception and act as their first point of contact
* You support the production managers with administrative tasks
* You manage and follow up on Assignment of Rights (AOR) contracts
* You schedule and book talents (actors, directors, technicians) in our systems
* You process updates in our systems
* You issue POs so talents can invoice
* You handle ad-hoc questions and assist where needed
* You ensure the accuracy and quality of all documentation and data
Who are you?
* You speak fluent Flemish, English and French
* You have at least 1 years of experience in an administrative role
* You are detail-oriented and precise
* You are stress-resistant, organized, and able to set priorities
* You have experience with Excel and databases
* You are communicative, customer-friendly, and presentable
* Affinity with media, film, or entertainment is a plus
