The Facility Coordinator coordinates with all departments, suppliers, subcontractors and other service providers to ensure that all facility-related operations run smoothly and efficiently.
1. Supervise security measures, such as access control and surveillance systems
2. Manage facility installations, such as the sprinkler system, the air compressor, the dryer, fire detection plan or air conditioning plan
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facilities
4. Supervise Liege Pest Control Program
5. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential facility related improvements
6. Collaborate with the Facility Worker to implement facility improvements
7. Liaise with suppliers and service providers for routine and emergency repairs
8. Follow contracts of facility services in collaboration with the Purchasing Team
9. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
10. Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health and safety regulations
11. Coordinate space planning and office moves if necessary
12. Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests from employees and tenants
13. Work with project teams on facility related projects or manage them when required
14. Handle external audits to guarantee compliance with laws and regulations
15. Act as the operational point of contact with the landlord
Technical skills :
16. Strong knowledge of facility management principles and practices
17. Proficiency in using MS Office
18. Knowledge of facility management tools is a plus
19. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
20. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure

21. Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
