Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of ICT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery) in line with scope, time, and budget
Implement new IT systems and software solutions aligned with business needs
Coordinate security accreditation activities for projects
Develop and maintain key project documentation (e.g. Project Initiation Documents, reports, risk/issue registers)
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project boards
Organize and lead project meetings and governance activities
Manage resources, budget, risks, quality, and business continuity across multiple projects
Ensure compliance with NATO ICT policies and project management processes (PRINCE2)
Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT project management
Proven experience with security accreditation processes
Background in software development environments
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and security services (e.g. directory services, databases, PKI, firewalls)
Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar)
University degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent English (advanced level)
Valid NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory to apply for this role
Desirable Skills
Experience with contract or SLA management
Exposure to cloud migration projects and/or AI implementations
Strong ability to lead workshops, meetings, and presentations
