, Community coordinator is a people-first, detail-driven role focused on guest satisfaction, staff training, and community building. You’ll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences through hands-on coaching, consistent service quality, and high store standards. Working closely with the Chief Coordinator and broader team, you’ll lead training sessions, monitor Axe Master performance, manage tournaments, and design events that bring people together. What You’ll Do,
You will be often on the floor, you’ll deliver structured training to Axe Masters, oversee on shift performance, and maintain high service standards. Your main objective will be the customer service on the floor and creative community growth online (social media, reviews and hype-building). What You Bring,
You’re energized by people and passionate about performance. You’re confident leading a team, training others, and creating a lively, safe environment.You balance creativity with structure, love a good plan, and know how to turn guest feedback into action. Experience in hospitality, event management, or team coaching is a plus. If you’ve run training or tournaments before, even better. Why Join Us?
