As a service delivery manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for planning and executing projects and/or managed services for our customers. In this role, you manage Ordina teams with the goal of customer satisfaction. You make correct schedules and ensure clear agreements. You communicate at different levels in the customer organization and build and maintain customer relationships. You help build, expand and improve our services. This is you
- You have a bachelor or master degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience with project and/or service management within an IT development environment.
- You have sufficient
technical insight to lead development teams working in the world of .NET, containerization and cloud platforms such as Azure.
- You know how to set up application life cycle management in an organization: you can convert a customer demand into a concrete project proposal and manage the delivery teams.
- You enjoy participating in presales
activities and using your expertise to win a bid.
- You are constantly looking for a balance between the interests of Ordina and the customer.
- You consider 'trust' and 'partnership' of great importance.
- You are a people manager and have strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
