Your Role
We are looking for someone who will be able to maintain the very high level of our Customer Service. You will be the main contact person for direct and indirect customers and be responsible for order to cash process e.g. order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, and customer payment collection. You will handle complaints, returns and ensure a correct follow-up in compliance with law and (GDP) regulation.

You will also assure a good service level to our customers in an efficient and effective way. In addition, you will have close cooperation with Logistic Service Provider for the outbound operations and on ad hoc base projects and assignments on request

Who You Are

* Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Several years of experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
* Familiarity with SAP SD/MM and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics.
* Adaptive, quick learner, and a team player.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Strong planning abilities and effective time management.
