Job Title: Technical Service Coordinator

In this key role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global user base. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues will ensure that our users receive prompt and high-quality assistance.
About the Role:
- Receive and log user requests via ticketing tools or phone,
- Analyse incident and service requests following ITIL incident management processes,
- Triage and escalate issues to Level 2 teams,
- Monitor user requests, maintain communication on progress and coordinate with teams during critical incidents,
- Contribute to the knowledge base proposing updates to optimise service delivery,
Requirements:
- Computer science diploma or equivalent experience,
- Previous IT support role in a multinational organisation,
- Strong technical skills: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft cloud services, network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN), IT security best practices, ITIL methodologies,
- Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork, organisation and prioritisation, flexibility, proactive, curious and solution-oriented attitude,
- Fluency in English and French (spoken/written), Dutch is an asset,
