Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Dermatologist - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence in dermatological care. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure AI systems are medically accurate and clinically relevant, directly impacting the quality and reliability of next-generation digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and annotate medical images and clinical data to improve AI diagnostic accuracy for dermatological conditions.
2. Develop, standardize, and validate clinical guidelines and protocols for AI training datasets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex dermatological knowledge into actionable insights for technical stakeholders.
4. Assess and provide continuous feedback on AI outputs to ensure medical reliability and safety.
5. Participate in research and development initiatives to advance AI capabilities in dermatology.
6. Contribute to the creation of educational materials and documentation for AI trainers and end users.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and AI applications to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Board-certified Dermatologist (MD or equivalent degree) with active medical license.
2. Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing a wide range of dermatological conditions.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to convey complex medical concepts clearly.
4. Experience working with clinical images and digital health technologies.
5. Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
7. Passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
