jobdetails For a company situated in the life sciences sector, we're seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team on a temporary basis, from mid/end November 2023 until June/July 2024. You'll be covering for a colleague on maternity leave.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, your main responsibilities include:
...- Monitoring and responding to changes in internal and external demand, ensuring a steady supply by collaborating with manufacturing and suppliers.
- Coordinating procurement activities with our third-party suppliers.
- Managing the internal production schedule, aligning it with development activities, customer demand, and available materials.
- Coordinating and tracking materials within our ERP platform, liaising with production, suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.
- Resolving discrepancies in orders, pricing, and addressing late deliveries. Reporting supply chain issues and devising corrective plans.
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships, with a focus on quality and performance improvement.
- Assisting in sourcing strategies, proposal evaluations, and supplier selection, contributing to contract development.
