LaCAR is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Production Technician passionate about hands-on laboratory work and precision.
You will work in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment to produce CE-IVD diagnostic kits for genetics and newborn screening and play a key role in ensuring high-quality production by strictly following established procedures and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
· Perform manual and semi-automated operations with accuracy and consistency
· Fill and label tubes, sticks or cartridges precisely, with full traceability
· Prepare materials, equipment, and consumables for daily production
· Clean and disinfect workstations according to hygiene standards
· Strictly follow procedures, work instructions, and safety rules
· Document production activities and ensure traceability (paper or electronic – ERP)
· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and high-quality production

Who Are We Looking For?
· Secondary technical education, preferably scientific
· Reliable, motivated, and quality-conscious
· Comfortable with repetitive tasks, while appreciating variety in daily activities
· Enjoys structured, methodical, and hands-on work
· Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
· Flexible, adaptable, and a good communicator
· Familiar with Good Laboratory Practices and regulated environments (ISO 13485 / IVDR / FDA)
· Intermediate level of English (B1)
· Previous experience in biotech or regulated production is a plus
