Sparagus is a fast-growing IT recruitment and consulting company with international ambitions. As we scale, we are looking to professionalize and optimize our internal systems—starting with our ERP.
We implemented Odoo internally, but we are now looking for a strong Odoo expert to take ownership, fix structural issues, and build a scalable, efficient system aligned with our business.
Mission
You will take full ownership of our Odoo environment and turn it into a reliable, structured, and scalable ERP backbone.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a transformation role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & Stabilization
* Conduct a full audit of our current Odoo setup (modules, workflows, data quality)
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
* Define and execute a clear remediation plan
2. Business Process Alignment
* Work closely with leadership and operational teams (recruitment, finance, back-office)
* Translate business needs into clean, structured Odoo workflows
* Standardize processes across the company
3. Implementation & Optimization
* Configure and optimize key Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Recruitment, etc.)
* Eliminate manual work through automation
* Improve reporting and data reliability
4. Data & Reporting
* Clean and structure existing data
* Build dashboards and KPIs for management
* Ensure data consistency across modules
5. Training & Adoption
* Train internal teams and ensure proper usage
* Create documentation and best practices
* Drive adoption and accountability
6. Scalability & Future Setup
* Prepare Odoo for company growth (new hires, new markets, new entities)
* Recommend architecture improvements
* Potentially manage integrations with other tools`
Profile
Must-have
* 3–6+ years of experience with Odoo (functional or techno-functional)
* Proven experience in implementing or fixing Odoo setups
* Strong understanding of business processes (sales, finance, operations)
* Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
* Hands-on mindset (you execute, not just advise)
Nice to have
* Experience in services / consulting / recruitment companies
* Basic technical knowledge (Python, Odoo Studio, APIs)
* Experience with multi-entity or international setups
