Your new role
As Business Controller, you will play a key role in steering financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing local profit and loss statements and leading financial analysis
* Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and business plans
* Evaluating investment proposals and profitability
* Analyzing variances between planned and actual results
* Participating in operational reviews and performance discussions
* Collaborating with the shared service finance team on relevant topics
* Acting as a financial partner for Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management
* Strategic partner to the CFO and direct reporting
Your profile
* Minimum 4 years experience in business controlling
* Preferably experience in a multinational or matrix organization
* A master’s degree in Finance or equivalent qualification
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
* Interest in sustainability and innovative solutions
