One challenge for process manufacturing operations is that a fully automated production line can rapidly become a critical bottleneck if the automation strategy, robotic integration, and control systems are not flawlessly executed from prototype to industrial deployment.
Job Description
The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Lead in the context of a highly automated industrial environment undergoing major ramp-up and technological consolidation, where advanced robotics, sensor systems, and industrial control architectures are being deployed at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication and progress for projects
Participate in planning and budget monitoring for the automation project
Industrialize selected solutions: write specifications, follow manufacturing, integrate on site, train teams, and accompany change
Ensure an ongoing technology watch to anticipate developments and propose innovations
Support projects with rational and data-driven assessment
Conceive, develop, and validate robotic and automated prototypes using advanced technologies
Validate the integration and configuration of sensors (vision, measurement, traceability, safety) to enhance performance, quality, and reliability
Define the automation strategy aligned with the industrial challenges of the site while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Develop and adapt control programs and algorithms to improve robotic equipment performance
Experience We Are Actively Looking For
Engineering background in robotics, automation, or industrial computing (or equivalent)
Strong experience in development, integration, and industrialization of robotic or automated solutions
Solid command of programming tools and languages used in robotics (ROS, Python, C), industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA), and industrial networks
Ability to work within project teams with an innovation mindset, rigor, and autonomy
An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start)
Immediate availability is preferred
Valid single permit for non-EU citizens
