As a Headhunter at Sander, your job is to find the profiles nobody else can and to turn every conversation into an opportunity, whether with a candidate or a potential client.
On the Headhunting side
* Map talent pools across your sector and build a deep understanding of the market
* Identify and directly approach passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing
* Conduct qualification calls and in-depth interviews to assess fit and motivations
* Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of active and passive profiles
* Manage candidates throughout the full process, from first contact to signed contract
On the Sales side
* Identify client opportunities through candidate conversations and market intelligence
* Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new mandates
* Build and nurture client relationships over the long term
* Partner with Business Managers to match the right talent to the right opportunities
* Contribute to the growth of your desk through consistent business development
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in headhunting, executive search or in agency-side.
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
Strong interviewing skills : you read people fast and assess fit accurately
Commercially minded : you spot opportunities and you act on them
Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
Bachelor's degree minimum
