DevOps Engineer (Robotics)

A fast-growing robotics company is scaling its autonomous inspection platform used across energy, utilities, and industrial environments. Their robots operate in complex, safety-critical facilities and rely on robust cloud infrastructure, observability, and deployment pipelines to perform at scale.
They’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to evolve their CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability platforms, supporting both cloud-based services and on-prem deployments for robotic systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and implement cloud infrastructure to deploy, operate, and monitor robot fleets
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery
* Develop infrastructure for telemetry, data collection, and storage
* Improve observability across robotic systems using metrics, logging, and monitoring tools
* Automate deployments and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
* Collaborate closely with software and robotics teams across the development lifecycle
* Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to a strong engineering culture
What They’re Looking For
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and the Kubernetes ecosystem
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
* Strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, and GitOps workflows
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
* Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash
* Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure and web technologies
* Clear and effective communication skills in English
Nice to Have
* Experience operating and scaling microservice-based systems
* Exposure to WireGuard, WebRTC, or similar networking technologies
* Experience supporting data platforms for analytics or machine learning
Hybrid working in Barcelona, open to relocators.
