About the role
Are you ready to make a real impact? In this role, you’ll work closely with companies to shape and execute their operational strategies, focusing on long-term improvements rather than quick fixes.
The goal is to drive sustainable transformation across the entire supply chain, tackling a wide range of challenges along the way. You might find yourself helping clients boost productivity by implementing lean methodologies in their production lines or factories, or working to reduce lead times and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
Digital transformation is another key area where you’ll advise and implement modern solutions that drive efficiency in production processes. Sustainability projects will also be on your radar, leading initiatives that promote lasting, positive change within organizations.
From beginning to end, you’ll guide clients throughout their journey, providing ongoing aftercare to ensure long-term success. This role goes beyond delivering a polished report—you’ll be hands-on, crafting real, actionable solutions. Whether it’s balancing production and sales through an S&OP process or introducing an inventory management tool to handle excessive stock, you’ll be at the forefront of providing practical insights that truly make a difference.
This is a dynamic and multi-faceted position where you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations take significant steps forward.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
* Previous consultancy experience in a management position s a must, together with solid industry experience in supply chain-related topics (S&OP/IBP, sustainability, forecasting, distribution network design, etc.).
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English, Dutch and French is essential.
