Your Mission
As a Lead Operator / Line Leader, you will play a key role in operating our production lines, ensuring their optimal functioning in terms of safety, quality, and productivity. You will be the right-hand person to the Production Supervisor, directly contributing to the achievement of our production goals.
Your Responsibilities
* Train and monitor your team, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and motivate team members with constructive feedback.
* Perform traceability of raw materials and finished products, ensure compliance of packaging and labeling.
* Manage production tools, maintain order and cleanliness, and check machine cleaning.
* Start and monitor production, minimize waste, and anticipate needs for future productions.
* Apply the quality control plan, participate in inventories, and propose improvements.
Your Profile
* Experience in team management in a production environment.
* Proven skills in quality and people management.
* Rigor, precision, and proactivity.
* Basic technical understanding and ability to operate machines.
* Proficiency in French.
