Ready to build and lead a Demand Planning function from almost scratch in a US-based global company?
This is a unique opportunity to shape the European Demand Planning function, implement IBP, and build your own team while working closely with the North American teams. You report directly to the Senior Director Global IBP.
👉 You’ll:
✔️ Own the 24–36 month (consensus) demand plan for the European markets
✔️ Be the key link between Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Fulfillment & Finance
✔️ Ensure that demand, capacity & financial objectives are aligned within one integrated planning process
✔️ Develop and embed a structured & consistent regional demand planning approach across Europe
✔️ Represent European demand planning within the global IBP-process
✔️ Contribute actively to the development and harmonization of global IBP-standards & processes
✔️ Drive better decisions through data & insights
✔️ Build & lead a high-performing Demand Planning team
👉 You bring:
✔️ 10+ years in Supply Chain
✔️ 5+ years in Senior Demand Planning / IBP
✔️ Strong stakeholder & analytical skills
✔️ Strong financial acumen
✔️ Experience in an international environment
✔️ Fluency in English + Dutch and/or French
