Managing Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Managing Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our international association in achieving its mission and strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate, develop and execute the strategy in line with our association's mission statement.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of currently 15 persons, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance and effectiveness in all business processes.
* Manage the association's financial performance and resource allocation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with members and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least five years leadership experience (preferably within the motor third party liability insurance business).
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Solid experience in financial management.
* Affinity with legal matters.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English.
