Key responsibilities:
1. E-tailer & Para Pharmacy Management:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners.
* Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
* Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, visual assets, and other relevant content to drive conversions.
* Monitor customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
2. E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
* Develop a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy.
* Build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance.
* Identify new opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.
3. Customer Experience Optimization:
* Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels.
* Collect and address customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.
4. Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis & Promotional Campaigns:
* Continuously monitor pricing from e-tailers and competitors to ensure competitiveness.
* Provide regular reports on price comparisons and propose adjustments as needed.
* Develop tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Track and analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to drive continuous growth.
