As a Truck Technician, you are responsible for keeping trucks, trailers, braking systems, and tail lifts in top condition.You carry out maintenance and repairs on various brands, working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues. With the help of advanced diagnostic tools and your technical know-how, you ensure that heavy vehicles remain safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your responsibilities ✔️ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks and trailers ✔️ Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults ✔️ Use diagnostic software to read and interpret ABS/EBS and brake system data ✔️ Inspect axles, chassis, undercarriages, and tarpaulins ✔️ Troubleshoot and repair tail lifts, including hydraulic and electronic systems ✔️ Provide occasional on-site roadside assistance when required ✔️ Work according to safety regulations and industry standards at all times

1. Ability to work independently on trucks, trailers, and tail lifts
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, brake, and hydraulic systems
3. Experience using diagnostic software for vehicle systems (ABS/EBS)
4. Skilled in troubleshooting and solving technical issues efficiently
5. Willingness to perform on-site breakdown repairs
6. Solid technical insight and problem-solving mindset
7. Accurate and quality-focused approach
8. Communicative and flexible attitude
Opleiding: Technical education in mechanics and experience in the profession
Talenkennis: Dutch or English on communicative level required
Wat bieden wij jou?
9. Hourly rate: €20-€22 gross/hour
10. Day work – no shift allowance provided
11. Overtimes possible up to 50h/week
12. There is an opportunity to work in the 24/7 on-call service at a later stage, with additional pay.
