Mission
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you play a key role in the performance and reliability of our production tools. You coordinate and manage a team of technicians to ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of our equipment and facilities.
Your objective: to guarantee production continuity, while uniting a supportive and committed team, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the maintenance department.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating, motivating, and supporting a team of technicians.
* Planning and monitoring daily activities to minimize intervention and production downtime.
* Ensuring the timely maintenance of our equipment, guaranteeing compliance with procedures and safety standards.
* Proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance.
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality instructions applicable to the food sector.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance and 3 years in team management.
Shift work (morning/afternoon/day). Occasional night work.
Worker status.
Skills:
* Very good knowledge of automated production systems.
* Good command of IT (CMMS, MS Office). SAP PM is a plus.
* Natural leadership and team spirit.
* Listening skills, clear and constructive communication.
* Analytical mind, proactivity, ability to anticipate/organize/prioritize and deal with unforeseen events.
