We have a job for you!Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm located in the centre of Brussels.The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting partners by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their professional activities. The position requires autonomy, discretion, and proactive problem-solving, with a strong focus on efficiency and service quality. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage sensitive information and operate with a high level of professionalism at all times. Coordinate calendars, appointments, and business travel arrangementsOversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of legal documentationRecord and monitor timesheetsReview and submit expense claimsArrange and manage conference calls and international telephone communicationsOpen and maintain client and matter filesDevelop presentations and professional materials using Microsoft Office toolsPlan, organize, and support meetings and internal or external eventsAssist with the coordination of seminars and professional gatheringsEnsure accurate filing and classification of documents in line with firm procedures Demonstrated background as an executive, management, or legal assistant within a law firm or comparable professional services environmentExcellent command of English (both written and verbal); strong knowledge of French is highly desirable, with German considered an assetProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding settingStrong organizational and planning capabilitiesConfident communicator, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyPractical mindset with strong judgment and attention to detailAdaptable and flexible approach to workProactive, solutions-oriented attitudeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Salary in line with the candidate's experience and skill setMeal vouchers (€8)Transportation reimbursement (100% for train travel and 70% for STIB)Pension schemePaid overtimeGroup and hospitalization insuranceAccess to on-site fitness facilities Conference Calls, Self motivated, Flexibility, Presentations, Calendars, Attention to detail, Business Travel, Communication, Maintenance, Filing, Solution Oriented, Expense Claims, Asset, Law firm, Adaptability, Practicality, Planning, Coordination, Organization Skills, Multi Tasking, Fast Pace, Off Site Events, Self-confidence, Legal Documentation, Proactivity, Management, Appointment, Travel Management
