As a member of AXA IT Security & IAM Operations team, you will ensure that AXA's information systems satisfy the security requirements necessary to protect the organization's core missions and business processes and enhance security awareness throughout the IT organization.
We are seeking an analytical and collaborative Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the security of our systems.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across our infrastructure.
* Conduct regular security assessments to proactively identify and address potential risks.
* Stay abreast of the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices to continuously improve our security framework.
* Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on security best practices.
* Provide regular reports to management on security performance of above activities.
* Analyze network firewall configurations to identify and eliminate risky or non-compliant rules, enhancing our network security posture.
* Develop and sustain workplace security measures, and carry out security evaluations for major workplace changes
* Ensure that our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls are operational and functioning effectively.
This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Your profile
* You hold a master's degree in computer sciences, engineering, or related fields.
* Security certifications are a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to present complex technical findings in a clear way that's easily understood by everyone.
* You are a team player and have the talent to cooperate with colleagues in a changing and fast evolving environment.
* You are willing to learn more about security & AXA and become a better version of yourself.
* You show very good oral and written proficiency in English.
