Boury Academy is looking for a driven professional with experience in recruitment and selection to help grow and strengthen our talent network.
As Talent & Partnership Manager, you will be the key link between aspiring culinary professionals and high-end restaurants, both in Belgium and internationally.
Your role
In this unique position that blends recruitment, coaching and relationship management, your responsibilities include:
Guiding and supporting trainees and job candidates in their search for the right stage or job
Conducting intake interviews, evaluating profiles, and matching candidates with suitable chefs and kitchens
Actively approaching chefs and restaurants (primarily in the fine dining sector) to develop strong partnerships
Following up on open positions, coordinating interviews and ensuring high-quality placements
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both talent and partner restaurants
Representing Boury Academy at industry events, job fairs and culinary forums – and being open to travel when needed
Your profile
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
A strong commercial mindset and natural people skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or French is a plus
A genuine affinity with the gastronomic world – you understand the discipline, drive and detail that top kitchens demand
Highly organised, independent, and intuitive when it comes to matching people with the right environment
Willing to travel regularly for the job, both within Belgium and abroad
