A job at Proximus? You'll find that everything revolves around the idea 'Think Possible'. This means: we always assume that something is possible, even if it seems impossible. Well, especially so, actually. Call it a way of thinking that involves being open to a world of digital solutions that make our lives easier. And our way of working smarter.
About The Function
* You are responsible for monitoring and implementing the overall insurance strategy within Employee Benefits (EB) for the Proximus Group.
* You keep track of legislation, taxation, and general market developments regarding group life and risk insurances.
* You act as the point of contact for all questions about the benefits plans that Proximus Group organizes for its staff. Your external contacts include insurance companies and brokers/consultants, but internally you are also the first point of contact within your area of expertise. The main internal clients are the HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance departments, both within Proximus and its subsidiaries.
* You ensure the market conformity and cost efficiency of the benefits plans. In this capacity, you lead consultations with the insurance market and actively seek optimization opportunities (e.g., in coverage, financing, insurability of risks, etc.). You also monitor the funding obligations related to group life insurances.
* In consultation with internal stakeholders, you work as a consultant on the content and efficient organization of the benefits plans. You contribute to the creation of communication materials regarding the features of the benefits and provide staff presentations where necessary.
