Role Overview
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. The role requires fluency in English and French, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of project and financial management within a technical or digital transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Project & Delivery Management: Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Oversee scope, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support delivery teams, applying agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) to maintain productivity, collaboration, and issue resolution.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. Provide clear, structured, and regular updates on project progress.
* Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional issues. Ensure smooth delivery and seamless transition to operational teams.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine delivery processes to increase efficiency, enhance quality, and promote a culture of excellence.
* Financial Management: Prepare accurate estimates, track project budgets, and report on financial performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

* Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum.
