Key Responsibilities
* Oversee opportunity management, ensuring effective pipeline tracking and alignment with business goals.
* Drive customer management, building trusted relationships and acting as the key point of contact for escalations.
* Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and solutions.
* Implement robust risk management frameworks, proactively identifying, mitigating, and monitoring risks.
* Manage program revenues, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
* Align program delivery with strategic business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
* Provide regular status updates, reports, and executive-level communications to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years of program management experience in IT or technology-driven environments.
* Proven expertise in opportunity, customer, change, risk, and revenue management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, with Flemish language proficiency as a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global clients.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are desirable.
