* Preparation and submission of financial reports, including FRP, P&L, monthly and 3-month projected Cash Flow, and monthly Cash Position
* Preparation, calculation, and filing of local taxes
* Submission of fiscal information and follow-up on tax and regulatory requirements
* Preparation of Payment Requests (internal report detailing all monthly payments)
* Recording of costs, expenses, and payments in Dynamics (or similar ERP systems)
* Management and control of reimbursements
* Accounts Payable administration
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Financial analysis and recommendations to optimize investments
* Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management and third parties
* Negotiation and relationship management with banks
* Supervision and oversight of the junior accountant's tasks
* Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations, particularly within the telecommunications services sector
Perfil desejável
* CRC
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
* Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and local tax regulations
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
* Knowledge of telecommunications service taxes is highly preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
* English is preferred
* Stable career path (no frequent job changes)

* Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil (on-site presence required 4 days per week, 1 day remote)
* Type: Independent contractor (PJ) 12 invoices a year
* Monthly compensation: R$16,000 - R$18,000
