As Account Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s Joint Replacement product portfolio – in the region of Oost-Vlaanderen in Belgium.
Our Joint Replacement division offers market-leading implants for the hip and knee that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with procedural excellence. Additionally, you will support the sales cycle of our innovative Mako Robotics in your region. The Mako robot enables surgeons to have a more predictable surgical experience and shorter recovery times for patients compared to manual procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undergo product training to familiarize yourself with the product portfolio and develop relationships with stakeholders.
2. Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing clients.
3. Plan and execute sales strategies and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
4. Advise and train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support when needed.
5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and meetings to expand your network and knowledge.
6. Prepare orders and follow up with customers, ensuring excellent service.
7. Collaborate closely with team members in Belgium and the Sales Manager to maintain high customer service standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields.
* Orthopedics knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Diploma or degree in business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare, or relevant areas.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
* Valid driver’s license for regular customer visits.
