What are we looking for?
* At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager across several domains.
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading security-related projects.
* Experience steering projects involving at least five teams simultaneously.
* Strong expertise in project planning, budget follow-up, quality management, risk mitigation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
* Familiarity with traditional project management frameworks (PMBOK, Prince2, RUP) and the ability to integrate with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban/Lean).
* Experience with compliance initiatives and compliance reporting.
* Ability to work with ticketing systems; experience with Jira is an advantage.
* Working knowledge of how networks, servers, workstations and peripherals are secured and configured.
* Comfort working with Windows, Linux and Android environments.
* Understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, DORA) and core security concepts (Zero Trust, SIEM, SOAR, PKI/crypto, DevSecOps, IAM/PAM, cloud security).
* Basic familiarity with security operations and monitoring tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS) is a plus.
Mandatory conditions
* Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
* Ability to obtain or already possess a Top Secret security clearance.
* Full-time on-site presence (5 days/week) — no remote work possible.
* Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language and strong command of English.

On-site: Required 5 days per week.
End date: 1 March 2027.
