Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven
International Key Account Manager HVAC
to identify, develop, and nurture high-value partnerships with
global Hospitality and Leisure clients
across the
EMEA region
. In this role, you will combine strategic relationship building with hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new
International Key Accounts
while strengthening and supporting existing partnerships in the
hospitality and leisure market segment
.
* Drive sales and profitability for Daikin Europe in the short, medium, and long term.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships
with key decision-makers, both locally and at headquarters level.
* Understand
market trends
and customer challenges to provide tailored, value-added HVAC solutions.
* Oversee
contract implementation across multiple countries
, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and mobilise Daikin Group expertise to deliver business objectives.
* Explore and
implement new business models
or customised solutions for strategic accounts.
* Negotiate frame agreements
, organise client seminars, and develop annual sales budget plans.
* Maintain a high level of
customer engagement
with a minimum of 40 key account meetings annually.
* Monitor customer organisational changes and Daikin product innovations to
strengthen loyalty and retention.
Profile description:
Your Profile:
* Master's degree in engineering or economics preferred.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales or
Key Account Management
, ideally within the
HVAC sector
(technical knowledge a plus).
* Skilled in
consultative selling
,
value creation
, and long-term strategic planning.
* Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-starter with a passion for closing deals and developing new opportunities.
* Fluent in
English
; additional languages are an asset.
* Willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
