We are looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Lead to join an exciting client on a 80MW Hyperscale Data Center project in Belgium.
You will be in charge of the Commissioning across the project as a whole and will be acting on side of the PMC.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and implement the overall commissioning strategy, plans, and procedures for the project.
* Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, managing scope, programme, and quality assurance requirements.
* Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integration.
* Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors, acting as the client’s representative.
* Review and approve detailed commissioning scripts, test procedures, and associated documentation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to review QA/QC standards and commissioning activities.
* Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Track, manage, and report on commissioning milestones, budgets, risks, and interdependencies.
* Ensure all commissioning activities comply with client standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
* Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders, promoting collaboration, transparency, and trust.

* Have proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
* Possess strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure.
* Are capable of developing and executing detailed commissioning scripts, procedures, and schedules.
* Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or have equivalent industry experience.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building long-term professional relationships.
* Are currently based in, or willing to relocate to, Farciennes and have the legal right to work in the region
