Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Gen AI Lead with 10+ years in Data Science, AI/ML, NLP, and at least 2+ years in Generative AI development.
Key Skills:
* GenAI frameworks: LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agentic AI, MCP, function calling
* LLMs (OpenAI Azure, AWS Bedrock, open-source models)
* RAG, Knowledge Graph RAG, RAG Fusion, NLQ to SQL
* Vector DBs, Neo4j (Graph DB), ElasticSearch
* Python, FastAPI
* Multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, guardrails
* Data handling (structured & unstructured), Data Lakes, PostgreSQL, NoSQL
* Cloud: AWS / Azure, Kubernetes, serverless deployments
Responsibilities:
* Design & deploy GenAI solutions and agent-based systems
* Build scalable, production-ready AI models
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
* Implement guardrails, optimize performance, reduce hallucinations
* Drive reusable AI components and best practices
