Je cherche actuellement un Portfolio Manager – IT Services & ITSM Transformation (freelance) Role Purpose: The general purpose of this role is to manage and govern our end-to-end portfolio from qualifying the requirements to pulling the appropriate support to deliver projects and non-standard support. This includes overseeing IT Services and Digital Workplace portfolio — ensuring initiatives are properly assessed, resourced, governed, and executed, while maintaining compliance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Portfolio Management – Qualify and assess new requirements, prioritise initiatives, and pull the right resources/vendors to deliver Programme Oversight – Coordinate multiple streams including Device Lifecycle Management, ITSM automation and workflow optimisation, Hardware/Software Asset Management, Service Desk transformation, and RFP-led projects Governance & Reporting – Chair governance forums, maintain RAID/action logs, prepare dashboards, and ensure alignment with governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, GxP) Delivery Leadership – Ensure successful execution of projects and programmes, manage dependencies, and oversee transition of deliverables into service Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement – Act as central coordination point across IT Services, Digital Workplace, Procurement, and external partners Process & Policy Alignment – Embed adherence to DLM Policy, Operational Handbook, HAM/SAM frameworks, and ITSM processes Key Skills / Requirements: Strong ITSM and IT Services transformation experience (Helix, ServiceNow, Intune, CMDB) Strong portfolio/programme management track record Knowledge of end-user computing/device lifecycle programmes Governance and compliance awareness (ISO, GDPR, NIS2, pharma GxP desirable) Proven vendor & stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, structured reporting, and delivery focus Desirable: ITIL / ITSM certifications Background in regulated environments or pharma Working Style: Hybrid role: strategic portfolio oversight + hands-on programme delivery Works through operational leads (procurement, logistics, service desk, modern management, PMO) while retaining accountability for overall portfolio progress and reporting Success is measured by: consistent governance, timely reporting, stakeholder alignment, and smooth delivery of projects and non-standard requirements
