As HR Business partner, you'll play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a reliable point of contact for employees, and a proactive force in organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand business goals and challenges.

Act as the go-to HR contact for employees, supporting a positive, engaged workplace culture.

Lead and support change initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Drive recruitment, talent development, and performance management processes.

Identify training needs and implement impactful development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while promoting the company values.

Design and refine HR strategies that enhance employee experience and engagement.

Keep HR policies and practices aligned with legal requirements and company culture.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You have more than 5 years of experience as HR Business combined with proven experience working with engineering/technical profiles
- You have very good communication skills combined to a strong sense of assertiveness; you'll need to challenge constructively, influence decisions, and stand your ground when necessary, all while building trusted relationships.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and oral.
- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- You are diplomatic yet persuasive, you know how to navigate complex situations. Experience working with subcontractors is a strong asset and will be highly valued in this role
