💼 Your role
As a Program Manager, you will:
Lead end-to-end program delivery aligned with strategic objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Drive stakeholder communication at all levels
Oversee financials, risks, and dependencies
Ensure successful delivery across projects, squads, and teams
🎯 what we're looking for
10+ years of experience in IT product development or program/project management
Proven track record managing complex, multi-team programs
Strong experience in Agile environments
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams
