Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Proximus NXT IT and drive our growth in partnership with Dell Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner awareness and focusing on Dell Technologies' key priorities. This role requires a dedicated promoter who can effectively communicate with partners and customers, educate account managers, and increase sales team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be very transparent to Proximus NXT customers and clearly communicate the nature of OVR (Onsite Vendor Representative) as a dedicated Dell Technologies qualified promoter.
2. Drive awareness and focus on Dell Technologies’ key priorities, including attracting new customers, deal registration participation, Tech Refresh, and midrange storage acceleration.
3. Educate Proximus NXT’s and Dell Technologies’ account managers on the technologies and resources available to them from the other’s organization.
4. Increase Proximus NXT sales team productivity, deal size, and awareness of all Dell Technologies lines of business.
5. Promote all available Program resources and tools to the ProximusNXT sales teams.
6. Help facilitate Quarterly business reviews and monthly conference calls.
7. Coordinate training to Proximus NXT sales teams to sell Dell Technologies products using a combination of programs, like lunch and learns, new hire training, and new product training.
8. Increase Program awareness, including deal registration and incentive and go to market programs by providing support and training to Partner’s sales teams.
9. Review Proximus NXT pipeline information to optimize sales opportunities.
10. Provide feedback and guidance to Proximus NXT sales teams around execution of Dell Technologies sales programs and incentives.
11. Participate in conference calls with Proximus NXT sales representatives and their customers to answer questions, recommend solutions, and assist with closing products and services.
12. Attend Quarterly sessions provided by Dell Technologies.
13. Provide Pipeline Tracking Updates.

Qualifications:

14. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Or equivalent through experience.
15. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
16. Strong understanding of Dell Technologies products and services or willingness to grow that knowledge.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
20. Fluent in NL or FR and EN
