Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize end-to-end chatbot conversation flows (including edge cases)
Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand UX microcopy
Structure and manage multilingual chatbot content (Dutch, French, English)
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, legal, customer service)
Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot performance
Continuously improve flows based on data insights and user feedback
Maintain content libraries, design patterns, and style guides
Coordinate with localization teams for high-quality multilingual delivery
Requirements
~3+ years of experience in Conversation Design, UX Writing, or Chatbot Content Design
~ Strong understanding of conversation flows, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human-AI interaction
~ Experience with tools like Figma, Voiceflow, Rasa, or similar platforms
~ Proven ability in multilingual content creation and adaptation
~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
~ Strong skills in content structuring, testing, and optimization using analytics
