Our client need someone to configure and support ECMP (based on Reusable Solution Platforms), while also acting as the go-to person for documentation, training, and stakeholder support. This person should not be a pure developer but should have enough technical knowledge to understand JSON, work with Git, and use DevSecOps deployment tools.
Key Expectations
1. Technical Configuration
* Learn the existing RSPs (Reusable Solution Platforms) quickly.
* Configure ECMP using JSON and other platform-specific tools.
* Troubleshoot issues (but escalate to specialized teams when needed).
2. Documentation & Knowledge Management
* Write clear, structured documentation for ECMP users.
* Keep this documentation up to date as the solution evolves.
3. Training & Stakeholder Enablement
* Design a learning path for stakeholders.
* Create training material and run demos/workshops.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance.
4. Communication & Coordination
* Act as a bridge between technical teams (RSP development teams) and business users.
* Redirect specialized requests to the right teams efficiently.
