We're Hiring: Press Coordinator (Hong Kong)
Location: Hong Kong
Reporting to: Head of Digital
Scope: Global | Multi-brand | Watches
We're building a disciplined, global press engine across several watch brands and we're looking for a Press Coordinator who knows how to turn launches, events, and stories into real media coverage.
This is not a passive PR role.
It's hands-on, international, and execution-driven.
Brands You'll Work With
You'll work closely with the brand teams of:
Nivada Grenchen – heritage & collectors
Praesidus – military history & limited editions
Undone – customization & modern design
Filippo Loreti (as needed) – fashion & lifestyle
Each brand has a distinct voice and audience. Your job is to protect that, not blur it.
Your Mission
You'll structure and run press relations so that:
Every launch, trade show, and brand moment is planned, pitched, and published
Journalists know who we are — and why our stories matter
Press outreach is tracked, repeatable, and scalable
What You'll Do
Press & Activity Intelligence
Track all product launches, trade shows, press events, and brand activations
Maintain a central press calendar aligned with brand teams
Brand Voice & Storytelling
Define and maintain a clear press voice for each brand
Ensure consistency across press releases, kits, and events
Press Content & Events
Prepare press releases, press kits, and event materials
Coordinate press moments around launches and trade shows
Journalist Outreach (Hands-On)
Identify and contact journalists worldwide
Invite them to events, previews, and launches
Build long-term relationships (not one-off emails)
Coverage Tracking & Reporting
Track publications using third-party tools
Report monthly on coverage by brand, market, and launch
Competitor Media Monitoring
Monitor where competitors are published
Identify journalists covering similar brands
Extend outreach to grow our media footprint
ERP-Driven PR
Use our ERP (Odoo) to centralize:
Journalist contacts
Outreach history
Press results
Help move PR from inboxes to structured knowledge
Who We're Looking For
You are:
Organized, proactive, and comfortable reaching out directly
Curious about media, brands, and competitors
Able to switch tone and storytelling between different brands
Comfortable working across teams and time zones
You are not:
A passive PR assistant
Someone who only sends press blasts
Afraid of cold outreach or follow-ups
