PpThis is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Management Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client projects, bringing your expertise to support and coordinate within the IT Strategy Office (IT SO) team. You will be part of a growing team, increasing impact, scope, and credibility for the client’s IT strategy initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliConsolidate deliverables, updates, and insights into reports and dashboards for effective decision-making by IT Management. /liliSupport the IT Strategy Office team in preparing various governance bodies, including inputs, agendas, invitations, minuting, and follow-up of actions. /liliPrepare and develop presentation materials for senior management, gathering input from stakeholders to finalize content. /liliAct as a member of the IT Strategy Office, taking the lead on certain strategy topics from the backlog. /liliTrack progress across multiple workstreams and initiatives to ensure timely completion, coordinating and following up with tribe architects, lead architects, other IT Strategy Office members, and relevant stakeholders. /liliContribute to the review of IT SO deliverables to guarantee quality, structure, consistency, adequate review, and publication.
