Our Finance team in Prague, CZ is looking for new talent for:


* As a Credit Management Specialist, you won't just follow the process, you'll own it. You'll take the lead in optimizing credit, collections, and dispute workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving impactful changes. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency, you'll support key financial closings while delivering top-tier service. Your success will be measured by your ability to hit KPIs and elevate customer satisfaction — all while being a key player in shaping how we do things better, every day.
* As a Real Estate Senior Specialist, you’ll take ownership of critical real estate, loan, and contract processes—ensuring accurate invoice handling, timely payments, and strong collaboration with owners, suppliers, and internal teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment.
* Are you ready to work in an innovative fast-paced environment with a strong focus on personal and company development and partner with us on ensuring meeting existing and future business needs?

Ideal Profile

What you'll bring:

* Fluency in English and Dutch (speaking, reading and writing)
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)
* Experience with SAP or other financial systems is a plus
* Higher education (Undergraduate degree) or 1+ years of equivalent work experience in Finance or Business Management is preferred
* Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Customer-facing experience is preferred
