#2–3 days remote work possible
#You’ll join a company where you help keep daily operations running by supporting colleagues with IT-related issues. This is a hands-on support role where you combine troubleshooting, user support and basic infrastructure follow-up.
#You help colleagues when they run into problems with software, applications or their workplace setup. Most questions come in through a ticketing system, but you’ll also help people directly when needed.
You look into issues yourself first and try to solve them without immediately escalating them further. This can include things like user access, software errors, device setup or connectivity problems.
You help maintain the general IT workplace environment. That means supporting Windows systems, communication tools and network-related topics that affect end users.
You help prepare and configure laptops, install standard software and make sure new employees can start smoothly from day one.
You’re involved when new tools, updates or internal IT improvements are introduced, mainly from a support and rollout perspective.
You help keep internal documentation usable and up to date so the team can rely on clear information.
#You take initiative and aren’t afraid to get hands-on with IT challenges.

You communicate clearly and effectively in English.
⭐ Knowledge of Windows environments, networks, or telecommunication.
Experience in IT support or helpdesk is a big plus.
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
