Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our IT team as a Dynamics 365 and Project Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and customising MS Dynamics 365, supporting CRM-related projects and system upgrades. You will report directly to the Head of IT. User maintenance (Dynamics 365 & Business Central) Revision and testing of Microsoft updates and their impact on Dynamics 365 & Business Central systems Processing of small customisations of Dynamics 365 Support during Dynamics 365 & Business Central-related projects Identification of process optimisations (automation, digitalisation, AI-driven optimisations, reporting) Administrative assistance (creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, project documentation) and assistance with other ad-hoc tasks that the IT team may require In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and contribute to shaping the company's strategic initiatives.
