In the context of their current expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager Netherlands.
Reporting to the Managing Director Benelux, the position is responsible for driving commercial growth across the Netherlands by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts. Operating within a mid-size company environment and with a high level of autonomy, the role combines strategic sales development, hands-on account management, and close collaboration with internal teams.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure efficient communication and coordination with pre-sales, technical support, and operations teams.
Represent the company at relevant trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.
This position requires a proactive, customer‑centric sales leader who understands industrial environments, digitalization trends, and the value of reliable IT/OT solutions and infrastructure.
Minimum 10 years of relevant and proven track record in B2B sales in similar business/client contexts, and in a hybrid role combining new business development and account management.
Fluency in Dutch and English, knowledge of French will be an asset.
